This painting was an excuse to expiriment more with a deep green underpainting. I was interested in the reflections in the french press and the stark white of the cups against such a dark underpainting color. Its title comes from the resteraunts take on brunch, calling it second breakfast. This was from Otherlands brewery in Bellingham, WA.
