Copy-Paste shows my interest in objects as shapes, color, and shadows. While eating a snack, I became fascinated with the way the stripes shift in color under the shadow of the red berry, and how the red and green of the fruit contrast with the yellow and teal of the cloth napkin. This painting freezes that simple moment.
