Study of a Grapefruit focuses on a small, everyday subject — a grapefruit mid-peel, partially eaten, a little messy. It’s part of my ongoing interest in food as a reflection of routine, care, and the leftovers of connection. Like much of my work, it embraces the imperfect and the in-progress — the quiet moments we usually overlook.
